pppp9 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings given below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pppp9" / "we" / "us" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and betting service accessible at pppp9.app and its associated subdomains, mobile web interfaces, and any future applications.
• "Player" / "you" / "User" means any individual who registers for or uses a pppp9 account.
• "Account" means the personal pppp9 account opened in your name following successful registration.
• "Wallet" / "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee balance associated with your pppp9 account, held in trust by pppp9 on your behalf.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino-style game, poker hand, virtual event, crash game, or any other gaming product offered on pppp9.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered to players by pppp9 subject to specific wagering and eligibility conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to activate full account functionality on pppp9.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, self-exclusion, cooling-off periods, and session reminders available to all pppp9 account holders.
• "Working Day" means Monday through Saturday in Pakistan Standard Time (PKT, UTC+5), excluding gazetted public holidays.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Register", completing the pppp9 account creation process, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference — specifically the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by pppp9, including but not limited to cricket betting, football betting, virtual sports, crash games, Ludo games, poker, and any future products added to the platform.

3. Eligibility

To open and maintain a pppp9 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as your account remains open:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
3. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. pppp9 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pppp9 or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or restriction imposed by pppp9 or any other gaming operator that would prevent you from opening a new gaming account.
6. You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
7. You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any other person.

pppp9 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not satisfied or cannot be verified to pppp9's reasonable satisfaction.

4. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on pppp9. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently closed and any balances being forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport
• Your Pakistani mobile number (used for account verification and communications)
• A valid email address
• Your date of birth
• A secure password of your own choosing

pppp9 will send a one-time verification code to your registered mobile number. Your account will not be fully active until this verification step is completed. pppp9 may impose additional verification requirements at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pppp9 account login credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You must notify pppp9 immediately at support@pppp9.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, if your registered mobile number is compromised, or if you believe your password has been disclosed to any third party.

pppp9 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurs because you shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure. pppp9 will investigate reports of unauthorised account access in good faith and will take reasonable steps to secure affected accounts pending investigation.

6. Verification (KYC)

pppp9 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, pppp9 requires players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals and at other points determined by pppp9's internal risk management procedures.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A clear copy or photograph of your CNIC (front and back) or valid Pakistani passport
• Proof of your registered address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of your payment method (screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash registered mobile wallet, or bank statement showing your account name and number)
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested

pppp9 will process KYC documents within 2 working days of receipt. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days of the request may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. All documents submitted to pppp9 are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Deposits

pppp9 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet transfer)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet transfer)
• NayaPay (digital wallet transfer)
• SadaPay (digital wallet transfer)
• Bank IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer from any Pakistani commercial bank)
• Visa and Mastercard debit cards linked to Pakistani bank accounts

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the deposit section of your account and may vary by payment method and account verification level.

All deposited funds are credited to your PKR Wallet instantly upon confirmed receipt by pppp9. pppp9 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your responsibility and are separate from pppp9's deposit processing.

8. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR Wallet balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method on your account.

8.1 Processing Times

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically processed within 5 minutes of approval
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically processed within 10–30 minutes of approval
• Bank IBFT: Processed within 1–4 working hours; timing depends on the receiving bank's processing schedule
• Visa / Mastercard: Processed within 1–3 working days

8.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete before withdrawals above Rs 10,000 per day are processed
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn
• pppp9 may request additional verification documents for withdrawals above specified thresholds as part of standard risk management procedures
• Withdrawal requests submitted during system maintenance windows may be queued and processed upon resumption of normal operations

pppp9 does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. If a withdrawal request cannot be completed to your requested payment method, pppp9 will contact you to arrange an alternative. pppp9 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source if required by its compliance procedures.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

pppp9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific bonus terms take precedence for that bonus only.

9.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players with verified accounts unless the specific offer states otherwise
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your pppp9 wallet. Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g. 10x means you must wager ten times the bonus value before withdrawing bonus-derived funds)
• pppp9 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time where abuse, technical error, or breach of these terms is suspected

9.2 Refer a Friend

pppp9's Refer a Friend programme pays a PKR reward to existing players who successfully refer a new player who registers and completes a qualifying deposit. Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be reversed if the referred account is found to be a duplicate or otherwise ineligible.

10. Betting Rules

Bets placed on pppp9 are governed by the specific rules for each product — sports betting, cricket in-play markets, virtual sports, crash games, Ludo, poker, and any other product available on the platform. Product-specific rules are available within each product section of pppp9 and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

10.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are placed in PKR and settled in PKR
• A bet is confirmed and binding from the moment pppp9 issues a bet confirmation reference. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the player after confirmation except where an "Edit Bet" or "Cash Out" feature is explicitly offered and the conditions for that feature are met
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical error or manifest mistake do not stand and will be voided. pppp9 will refund the staked amount in such cases
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day are displayed within each product and may be adjusted by pppp9 at any time
• pppp9 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets, or decline bets from any player at its discretion without being required to provide reasons

10.2 Cricket and Sports Betting Specific Rules

• In-play bets are accepted up to the moment the relevant market is suspended. pppp9's decision on the timing of market suspension is final
• Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules published in the betting rules section
• Live score data displayed on pppp9 is provided for informational purposes. In the event of a discrepancy between pppp9's displayed scores and official match records, official records take precedence for settlement purposes

11. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

pppp9 is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on pppp9:

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker, sharing hole card information, or coordinating bets to manipulate market prices
• Use of automated systems: Using bots, scripts, or any software designed to automate betting decisions, game actions, or account interactions without explicit written permission from pppp9
• Exploitation of software errors: Knowingly exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided
• Money laundering: Using pppp9 accounts as a vehicle for transferring, layering, or integrating funds obtained through illegal activity. pppp9 will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable law
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal (chargeback) with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds to pppp9. pppp9 will treat chargebacks as evidence of fraud, close the associated account immediately, and pursue recovery of any associated funds
• Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity, payment details, or contact information
• Syndicate betting abuse: Participating in coordinated betting operations designed to exploit pppp9's odds or bonus systems at scale

pppp9 monitors all account activity using automated and manual review systems. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, pppp9 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and settled bets associated with the prohibited conduct, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the conduct to relevant legal authorities where required.

12. Technical Errors & Service Interruptions

pppp9 makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, reliable service. However, the platform may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, third-party data feed interruptions, or circumstances beyond pppp9's reasonable control.

In the event of a technical failure that affects a live bet or game session:

• pppp9 will attempt to restore service and resume the affected session from its last confirmed state where technically possible
• Where a session cannot be restored, pppp9 will refund the staked amount for any bet that was not settled before the interruption
• pppp9 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from service interruptions, including missed betting opportunities or losses incurred as a result of delayed data

pppp9 will communicate scheduled maintenance windows with at least 24 hours' notice via the platform's notification system where possible. Emergency maintenance may be conducted without advance notice.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on pppp9 — including but not limited to the pppp9 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, betting interfaces, game software, text, data compilations, and odds formats — is the intellectual property of pppp9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pppp9 for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the pppp9 platform or its content without the prior written consent of pppp9.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pppp9's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to pppp9 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

pppp9 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other economic losses, even if pppp9 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

pppp9 does not guarantee that:

• The platform will be available continuously or without interruption
• Live score data or odds data will be free from errors or delays
• Any particular betting outcome or game result will occur

Nothing in these terms limits pppp9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Responsible Gaming

pppp9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes this obligation seriously. Gaming should be entertainment. If it stops being enjoyable or starts affecting your finances, relationships, or wellbeing, pppp9 provides tools to help you take control.

Available responsible gaming tools on pppp9 include:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Loss limits — set limits on the amount you can lose in a defined period
• Session time reminders — receive notifications when a session reaches a defined duration
• Cooling-off period — temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks)
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and restrict access for a minimum of 6 months

16. Amendments to These Terms

The effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions will be published at the top of this page. Your continued use of pppp9 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. 17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which pppp9 operates. By using pppp9, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of the platform.

In the event of a dispute between you and pppp9 regarding the settlement of a bet, game outcome, or account decision, you should first contact pppp9's customer support team at support@pppp9.app with full details of your complaint. pppp9 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 working days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through direct engagement with pppp9's support team, you may escalate the matter to pppp9's complaints team by emailing complaints@pppp9.app with the reference number provided in the initial response and a summary of the ongoing dispute.

pppp9's decisions on the outcome of sports events, game results, and odds settlement are final where those decisions are consistent with the applicable product rules and these Terms and Conditions.
